From the time he started law school, David knew he wanted to be a trial lawyer. He knew that in order to provide the highest level of legal representation to clients that he needed to train under the best – and that is exactly what he did.

David started his career working for corporations and insurance companies before switching sides to represent the people. He learned all the tricks and strategies that insurance defendants used and brought this institutional knowledge to the plaintiff’s side, all while building up his litigation and trial experience.

In 2017, while David was the managing partner of litigation at a large personal injury firm, he met a talented young lawyer named Melanie Sulkin. He saw her work ethic and success both in and out of the courtroom until leaving to start Krivit Law in 2020. In January 2024, after building the practice, David was excited to welcome Melanie to the Krivit Law team.
